What I Do
Digital Thinking is an IT broker and AI developer. I connect Norwegian businesses with qualified senior IT consultants through a network of established consultancies. At the same time, we develop custom AI solutions – from LLM integrations to agent-based automation. I operate as a broker and subcontractor, not as the framework agreement holder. This provides flexibility and access to market breadth.
How Matching Works
When you send a request, I activate my network across Scandinavian consulting firms. I match based on: • Technical competency and experience • Team culture and working methods • Availability and start date • Security clearance if relevant The result is a shortlist of 2–4 candidates, typically within 24–48 business hours (depends on role).
Security Clearance
For assignments that require it, I can match profiles with active security clearance. Level and availability vary – this is clarified in the requirements brief. I have experience with deliveries to public sector and defense industry, and understand the requirements involved.

We deliver both through consultancies and directly to clients when appropriate. Whether you're a business that needs capacity or a consultancy looking for subcontractors, we can help.
My Approach
- Confidentiality: I don't share sensitive information without consent.
- Quality over quantity: I don't send CV piles, but curated shortlists.
- Honesty: If I can't deliver on a need, I say so early.
